By accessing and using the EZIO Travels website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

EZIO Travels is a travel agency that provides customized travel packages, group tours, and travel planning services. Our services include:

• Curating and selling travel packages (domestic and international)
• Organizing group tours with fixed departure dates
• Providing custom travel quotations
• Arranging hotel bookings, transportation, and sightseeing activities

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our end
• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment as mentioned in the quotation
• Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with payment
• Any special requests (room upgrades, dietary needs, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur extra charges

• An advance payment (typically 50% of the total package cost) is required to confirm any booking
• The remaining balance must be paid before the travel start date as specified in the quotation
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods as communicated
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Additional costs due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or tax changes will be borne by the traveler

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents including:

• Valid passport (with minimum 6 months validity for international trips)
• Appropriate visas for the destination country
• Travel insurance (recommended but not mandatory)
• Vaccination certificates where required

EZIO Travels is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

• EZIO Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, political situations, natural calamities, or operational reasons
• Alternative arrangements of similar quality will be provided where possible
• No refund is applicable for changes caused by force majeure events

• Follow local laws and customs of the destination
• Be punctual for all scheduled activities and transfers
• Maintain valid travel and health insurance
• Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements in advance
• Not engage in any illegal activities during the tour

EZIO Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators). We are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or other service providers
• Loss of personal belongings, injury, or damage during travel
• Issues arising from traveler's failure to follow instructions or maintain documents
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
